In our 50 years’ combined experience we have recruited Treasury related roles for the entire time but have become true specialists over the last 10 years recruiting into FTSE, Blue Chips, large Corporates, Shared Service Centres and a large number of Housing Associations. Treasury has changed dramatically over the years in terms of what employers want from their Treasury functions and the skill set of the individuals in their teams.

For a number of years, Treasury was possibly something that fell on the shoulders of the CFO or most senior member of the Finance team. We are seeing more and more companies realising the full value of appointing a fully functional Treasury team with a talented Treasurer at the helm, to ensure the company realises its future goals and aspirations.

Attracting talent into Treasury roles can prove difficult due to the lack of true Treasury professionals in the market and the supply and demand ratio. We have a strong understanding of what Treasury means to different companies and what skill sets and qualifications clients require to fulfil their roles.
