Supporting a forward-thinking and talented Treasurer we are seeking an Assistant Treasurer to strengthen the treasury team to support the business as it grows and reaches key milestones in both its short and long-term strategy and business planning.

Your role will involve:

• Leading on liquidity requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of liquidity and market risk management
• Management and development of Cash Management Treasury
• Support Senior Manager in ensuring strong controls, leading the project of process documentation and controls for all assigned areas, and ensure consistency across all documented processes
• Leading the project on Implementation of a Treasury Management System and build liquidity management, SFTP, and connectivity frameworks
• Work with various stakeholders to enhance cross-functional partnerships to support the development and understanding of key business processes and develop a commercial and operational understanding
• Provide Group Treasurer with concise, and clear reporting and updates and ensure all issues are escalated accordingly
• Lead the team to deliver on audit deliverables

Ideally, you will be a Qualified Treasurer (AMCT) with proven experience of working in an international business in a culture that is always changing. A solid understanding of UK and European banking regulations would be advantageous with a proven track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to Senior Management. Knowledge of SAP and TMS systems would also be beneficial.
