Rent and Service Charge Officer - North West

Rent and Service Charge Officer – 12-month Fixed Term Contract – North West (but working from home) – Up to £30k plus benefits

Based in the North West our client is seeking an individual to join their company to undertake a rent and service charge role. This role will support the wider business with legislation and calculations surrounding service charges.

THE JOB:

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the rent review and service charge processes making sure statutory deadlines are met
• Develop and implement Rent and Service Charge policies and guidelines
• Be the liaison for internal and external related queries around rent and service charges
• Produce rent and service charge letters
• Manage relationships with the relevant agencies and government bodies
• Prepare financial reports

THE PERSON:

It is essential you have up-to-date knowledge and practical experience of working in rent and service charges and be able to build a trusted and collaborative relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
