We are incredibly excited to say that we are expanding again and are looking for a Resourcer to join our growing recruitment firm. Bayman Topping & Smythe is a specialist Finance Recruitment consultancy that set up nine months before the pandemic began, and we continue to go from strength to strength. We have increased from two to four people, in under two years, and are continuing to expand and grow going forward.

THE JOB

The Resourcer will be supporting a team of four (possibly more) consultants and will primarily concentrate on identifying and sourcing candidates for live jobs and offer a pro-active approach to candidate management.

Key responsibilities

  • Resourcing for live jobs to support Consultants/Directors, including campaign management and candidate response management
  • Pro-actively sourcing for candidates using various recruitment tools including social media
  • Pre-screening advert responses and new applications
  • Contacting candidates regarding available work and briefing them on vacancies
  • Maintaining regular contact with ad-respondents to keep them informed of developments and opportunities
  • Sending out online inductions/application forms/ID requests and helping candidates with completion
  • Setting up and interviewing candidates, and establishing the best role that meets with their skills, experience and expectations
  • This is not an exhaustive list and the role could develop into a full 360 Consultant over time, or develop the candidate offering to ensure we continue to provide and improve the customer experience

THE PERSON

  • We are looking for someone that can work autonomously and be pro-active in their approach to their role
  • Previous commercial experience would be beneficial (recruitment/customer service/call centre) or a background in resourcing would be advantageous
  • You will be comfortable interacting with people both face-to-face and over the phone and be able to build excellent relationships, and the ability to build rapport and trust
  • A strong work ethic is a pre-requisite along with a working knowledge of MS Office/Databases
  • You will need to be a highly-organised individual, used to working in a fast-paced environment and familiar with working to tight deadlines
