“Very refreshing compared to experiences with other agencies. Tracy did some recruitment for a role which we’d had no real success with by other means for the best part of six months.  We had a face to face visit from Tracy (other agencies don’t tend to do this at all). We had two or three CV's within a couple of weeks (and bear in mind this was around Christmas when recruitment slows down) – all good quality.
